Natural gas must be liquefied for transportation. Therefore it must be done where the gas is.
Where it goes from there depends upon the market -- who buys it.
Could be USA or anywhere.

Jobs for people are good. Profit for the company will be good. Secondary jobs from the project workers will assist the country. Now if only the greedy blood suckers would see this as a positive step rather than a reason to raise prices.
